Fitness are used as preventive medicines and most people have realized that exercise is good for good health. Fitness clubs provide a variety of programs catering to the needs of every individual. Obesity is a result of a sedentary lifestyle with no exercise. Obesity makes a person susceptible to many diseases such as arthritis and diabetes. Fitness programs that are started during an early age are beneficial to the individual.
